What I wanted someone to tell me today. So I am telling you
That Thing You're Scared Of? Keep Going Anyway.
That thing that feels heavy. So different. So uncomfortable.
The thing that makes people question your sanity.
The thing that makes you question your own self.
Keep going.
Maybe you feel a little ashamed about it, a little embarrassed not because it’s wrong, but because deep down, you’re not sure if you’re capable.
It’s new. It’s big. It doesn't quite fit yet.
Not the you from yesterday. Not the version of you that was still thinking small. Questioning who the hell you think you are right now.
Keep going.
It's something so fresh, so bold, it might surprise everyone.
Maybe even you.
People can't imagine you doing it and truth be told, you're not even sure you can get one foot in.
But still...
Something in you knows.
You feel it. This thing is for you.
This dream, this desire, lives inside you for a reason.
You're just scared of how the story will unfold.
You've heard "no" too many times. You've been laughed at, dismissed, told to stay in your lane.
But I'm telling you right now:
Keep. Going.
Keep going, even if your knees are shaking.
Keep going, even if nobody claps.
Keep going, because this journey is shaping you into the version of you that can carry it.
Believe in your vision, even if no one else sees it yet.
Believe that everything that’s happened to you has been for your highest good.
Believe that you are here on purpose.
And even if you don’t know why yet; keep walking.
Because only good will come out of it.
Only good.
As long as you keep going.
Sincerely,
Joy
